AISU's Complaint Portal provides a secure and confidential mechanism for students to file grievances. After logging in, you can file a complaint and your personal details remain strictly confidential throughout the entire process.

How the Process Works

Login & File Complaint

Student logs in and submits their complaint. Identity is protected – only the complaint ID is visible to sub-national teams.

Complaint Reviewed

National team has full visibility. State/District/Mandal teams access only via the unique Complaint ID – no personal details visible.

Actions Recorded & Communicated

Each concerned team records action taken. Updates are automatically emailed to the complainant at each step.

Complaint Disposed

Once resolved, the complaint is formally disposed with complete documentation and final resolution email to complainant.
